We remove the wheels from the car, sand and strip away all damage and corrosion and apply the necessary coats of primer. The wheel is then repainted in the base colour followed by a final application of 2 layers of protective clear coat in either gloss, matt or satin effect to reproduce the original factory finish.
Diamond cut wheels have the entire polished face stripped down to intact metal, followed by a process of refining using gradually finer grade abrasives to achieve an unblemished, uniform surface. Any corrosion or damage to the painted sections of the wheel is then addressed and rectified, finishing with a complete 2 coat application of a specially formulated, direct to metal protective clear coat.
